EXECUTIVE - PLANNING

LOCATION - VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support production planning activities and ensure

smooth execution of orders through effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

The Job:
Responsible for production planning and scheduling in line with customer orders, delivery commitments,

and capacity availability.
Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth execution of development and bulk orders.
Monitor order progress and production status, identify potential risks or delays, and support corrective

actions to meet OTD.
Responsible for maintaining accurate data pertaining to WIP, machine utilization, and delivery schedules and

update provision in SAP / ERP system.
Adhere strictly to SOPs and Time & Action plans, while supporting planning reviews and basic analysis on

capacity and delivery performance.

The Person:
Essential:



Should possess robust coordination and analytical skills with the ability to work closely with

cross-functional teams in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production / Operations

Management, or any other equivalent qualification.
1 to 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the têxtile / garment / manufacturing

industry.
Positive understanding of production planning, capacity management, and strong analytical capabilities.
Good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and working knowledge of ERP / SAP (added

advantage).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹53,251.54 per month
