Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules
Coordinate with production and for material readiness
Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation of dispatched goods
Manage loading/unloading operations and vehicle arrangements
Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers
Handle transporter coordination and negotiate freight when required
Maintain dispatch records and reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer complaints
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to dispatch staff
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,152.70 - ₹25,082.80 per month
