Job Title: Production Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹90,000 per month
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure smooth operations.
Plan production schedules and achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across all production activities.
Manage manpower, machine utilization, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and GMP practices.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Analyze production data and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Handle production-related issues and ensure timely resolution.




Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Experience in team handling and shop floor management.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Industry: Medical Devices / Packaging / Injection Molding Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
