Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and generate recent business opportunities within the banking and financial sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperative banks, private banks, and financial institutions:
Promote and sell FinTech products such as payment solutions, banking software, and digital services
Understand client requirements and propose suitable financial technology solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Generate leads through networking, field visits, and digital outreach
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation of clients
Stay updated on banking regulations, market trends, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications




Banking background is mandatory (experience in banks, NBFCs, or financial services preferred)
Solid understanding of cooperative banks and private banking operations:
Good knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, especially in financial products
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word:
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and generate consistent leads
Prior experience in FinTech, banking sales, CASA sales, or financial product selling
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
