Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, scrape, and remove old paint from walls, ceilings, and structures to prepare them for current coats.
Surface Repair: Fill cracks, holes, and joints with putty, plaster, or filler.
Site Protection & Setup: Cover furniture, floors, and surfaces with drop cloths or tape, and set up scaffolding or ladders for high-level work.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment (masks, helmets) and safely handling chemical substances.
Material Management: Estimate costs, calculate materials needed, and maintain inventory of supplies.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain tools, equipment, and clean up the work site after project completion
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
