Position Overview:
The Gym Equipment Service Manager will oversee all aspects of equipment service and maintenance operations, including team supervision, scheduling, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. This role requires both technical know-how and solid leadership skills to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field service technicians and support staff
Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues and client concerns
Ensure all service work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
Monitor service performance metrics (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
Maintain service inventory, tools, and parts stock
Develop training and development plans for service technicians
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support client needs and service contracts




Recommend process improvements and service upgrades based on customer feedback and trends
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure smooth and productive processes
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in service management, preferably in technical equipment
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Technical certification or background in electrical/mechanical repair a plus
Languages: English, Telugu and Hindi
Should have Good Communication skills

Note: Work from office only. Office Timing From 11 AM- 7 PM(6 days a Week)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
