About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to build a career in Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising. The intern will assist in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on generating international B2B leads for custom mobile and web app development services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
Support lead generation campaigns targeting international markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, and Australia
Help monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results
Assist in audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
Support A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
Help maintain tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel,
and UTM parameters
Prepare basic campaign performance reports and insights
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust interest in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
Good analytical and communication skills
Willingness to learn campaign management and optimization
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, online tools, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Certification courses in Digital Marketing or Google Ads (preferred)
Basic understanding of lead generation and social media marketing
Education
