We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers or prospects
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain customer records and call reports
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Coordinate with sales and support teams when needed
Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge
Solid convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer objections politely
Positive attitude and patience
Time management and multitasking abilities
Qualification
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass / Any Degree
Experience
1-4years preferred
Freshers are welcome

Based on experience and performance
