Staff and team management: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Assign tasks, manage shift rotations, and evaluate employee performance. Ensure staff adhere to standard operating procedures and safety regulations. Inventory and stock control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts. Implement and enforce inventory management procedures. Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies. Warehouse operations: Oversee all daily activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. Manage loading and unloading processes to ensure an effective flow of goods. Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Safety and maintenance: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse setting.



Implement and enforce all safety and security procedures. Monitor the operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment. Process improvement and reporting: Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data for operational insights. Maintain accurate records of all activities and prepare necessary reports.
