Role Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts across the automotive, forging and general engineering segments. The role owns the complete order-to-collection cycle — from enquiry and quotation through order execution, dispatch coordination and payment recovery — while acting as the primary link between the customer and KNL's internal PPC, Engineering, Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts functions.
Key Responsibilities3.1 Customer Management & Business Development




Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the automotive, forging and metal component segments.
Visit customer plants and purchase offices regularly to review requirements, resolve issues and identify recent business prospects.
Identify and develop new customers and current part enquiries within the assigned territory.
Understand customer requirements and communicate them accurately to the internal Engineering and Costing teams.

3.2 Order Execution & Delivery Coordination
Track customer purchase orders, schedules and releases; ensure they are correctly loaded into the system.
Monitor pending order status and drive on-time delivery performance with PPC and Production.
Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics for timely material despatch, documentation and delivery confirmation.
Communicate schedule changes, shortages or delays to the customer proactively, with a corrective action plan.
