The role involves managing production efficiency, machine operations, labour coordination, quality control, and timely execution of weaving orders.

Responsibilities
Managing daily loom production and weaving operations
Supervising jacquard weaving processes and loom setup
Handling and monitoring underpick looms, rapier machines, and related weaving machinery
Coordinating with weavers, technicians, graph designers, and production staff
Ensuring timely production and dispatch schedules
Monitoring fabric quality and reducing production defects
Troubleshooting machine and production-related issues
Maintaining machine efficiency and coordinating maintenance when required
Managing production planning and workflow
Maintaining discipline, productivity, and smooth factory operations

Requirements:
Prior experience in têxtile weaving/manufacturing industry
Practical knowledge of jacquard systems and loom operations
Experience handling underpick machines, rapier machines,



and related weaving machinery
Ability to manage labour and production teams
Valuable understanding of weaving quality and fabric production processes
Responsible, disciplined, and production-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience
3+ years experience in weaving or têxtile production management
Experience in saree or jacquard fabric manufacturing preferred

Salary
Salary negotiable based on experience and technical knowledge
