About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Register and onboard the company on major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and other relevant fashion and saree-selling platforms.
Identify additional online marketplaces and sales channels suitable for sarees and ethnic wear.
Manage the complete onboarding process, documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate product photography and ensure high-quality product presentation.
Create, optimise, and upload product listings, descriptions, specifications, and images.
Manage inventory updates, pricing, catalogue organisation, and product launches.
Monitor marketplace performance and suggest strategies to increase visibility and sales.
Handle order management, customer queries, and marketplace-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and timely updates.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and promotional prospects.

Requirements:
Prior experience managing seller accounts on major e-commerce marketplaces.




Solid understanding of marketplace onboarding, catalogue management, and listing optimisation.
Knowledge of product photography requirements and online merchandising.
Good understanding of fashion, têxtile, or saree products.
Ability to independently manage multiple marketplaces.
Positive communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Excel and e-commerce tools.

Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce operations.
Experience working with fashion, ethnic wear, têxtile, or saree brands preferred.
Has successfully launched and managed products on multiple online marketplaces.
Understands how to reach online customers and grow marketplace sales.
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the complete marketplace setup and management process.
