Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions.
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance and ensure timely filings.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account verification.
Manage invoicing, purchase entries, sales entries, expense booking, and payment processing.
Monitor receivables and payables and follow up for outstanding payments.
Assist in monthly closing, audit preparation, and statutory/internal audits.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
Support budgeting, cash-flow management, cost analysis, and financial planning.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve financial or reconciliation issues.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial and employee-related records

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
