Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute retail interior design projects from concept to final execution. The candidate should have strong design, 3D visualization, working drawing, material knowledge, costing and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for retail and commercial spaces.
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, production and site execution teams.
- Understand project requirements, design briefs and site conditions.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
- Prepare and review BOQ, BOM and cost estimates.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective and aligned with production requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related execution issues.
- Review shop drawings, material samples and prototypes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined quality, design and timeline requirements.




- Mentor and guide junior interior designers and 3D designers.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions and project details.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray, Photoshop or similar design software.
- Good understanding of retail interior design and furniture manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware and fabrication techniques.
- Good understanding of BOQ, BOM, costing and estimation.
- Excellent space planning and design development skills.
- Ability to read and prepare detailed working drawings.
- Robust client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail Interior / Furniture / Commercial Interior projects.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in retail stores, commercial interiors, furniture manufacturing, turnkey projects and production coordination will be preferred.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month
