Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:-

· MBA in HR

· 10 – 12 years HR experience

· Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

· Must have excellent command over English

· High level of interpersonal skills, integrity and solid Team Player

· Strong and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

· Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize work efficiently

· Robust competence in data driven decision making to support management

· Proficient in MS Excel & Online HR tools

· Must be well versed with HR laws and statutory regulations.

· Prepare and oversee the implementation of staff welfare programs/schemes.

· Moral-energy, firmness, willingness to accept,responsibility, initiative, loyalty, dignity

· Time Management and Self Discipline.

· Leadership qualities and must have dynamic personality

· Should do all compliance related to Hiring PF etc
