Role Purpose

Act as a hands-on execution leader, bridging architecture and development while owning modules end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement backend services using FastAPI

- Build and maintain ReactJS components and workflows

- Own modules/features from design to deployment

- Review code from Associate Developers

- Ensure implementation aligns with defined architecture

- Participate in client discussions for feature walkthroughs

- Debug complex issues across frontend and backend

What This Role Is NOT

- Not an architecture decision-maker

- Not a junior execution-only role

- Not limited to either frontend or backend

Requirements

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on FastAPI development experience

· Solid ReactJS development (hooks, state management)

· Experience with AWS-based deployments

· API integrations and database design experience

· Ability to mentor junior developers

· High-quality, low-defect feature delivery

· Solid ownership of assigned modules

· Smooth coordination between frontend and backend
