- 2 to 6 years of work experience in MEP contracts

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Contracts executive or assitant manager to support the contracting process for Pune- Wagholi project requirements. The ideal candidate should bring extensive expertise in contract award and administration of MEP packages for large-scale real estate projects, with a strong understanding of micro-markets such as Pune, particularly in high-rise residential developments. . Based in Pune, the role requires a proactive professional capable of developing and executing cost-efficient procurement strategies while maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Contracting & Procurement:
- Develop and implement cost-effective contracting and procurement strategies for MEP packages.
- Identify and establish long-term partnerships with suppliers to drive cost efficiency and foster mutual collaboration.

- Vendor Management:
- Conduct market intelligence and evaluate contractors to identify reliable and competitive partners.
- Manage contractor relationships to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Partner with the Project Team to forecast and address future contractor requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across projects to optimize procurement schedules and finalize long-term/annual rate contracts alongside project-specific agreements.
- Cost Optimization & Negotiation:
- Prepare and review cost comparison statements,



negotiating rates based on budgets and techno-commercial terms.
- Explore alternative products and technologies to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

- Operational Excellence:
- Benchmark approved makes and products offered in developments to ensure consistency.
- Develop strategies to standardize MEP contracts and implement cost reduction exercises effectively.
- Interpret the Contract Terms and Conditions and ensure strict Adherence to commercial, technical conditions, statutory requirements of contract.
- Oversee organizational Contract development and management activities and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.
- Will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on the development and measures related to the

performance of the partners and will be the primary point of contact for all contractual issues.
- To strategize and develop the contracting strategy for large contracts.
- Lead and manage the Tendering and procurement process for the selection of Contractors and suppliers leading to the shortlisting and appointment.
- Establish and implement controls and procedures for the management procurement and pre/post contract management processes, cash flow, payments, costs, and all associated commercial activities.
- Manage a variety of contracts/subcontracts in accordance with the company policies and procedures,



applicable laws, and contract requirements.
- Reporting & MIS:
- - Prepare detailed MIS reports for senior management to track contractor onboarding and contractor issues for Projects.

- Process Improvement: - Identify and suggest improvements to Contracting processes for enhanced efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing MEP Contracts for large-scale real estate projects, particularly high-rise residential developments and should have handled MEP contracts role.
- Strong vendor/Contractor network and expertise across micro markets.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of cost optimization strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting MIS reports to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
