Overview

- Manage day-to-day client relationships and social media mandates
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable briefs for creative and execution teams
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of social content and campaigns
- Collaborate within the Power of One model across creative, strategy, media, influencer, and production teams




- Bring ideas around social trends, platforms, creators, and culturally relevant content
- Track campaign performance and support reporting and client presentations
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client mandates
- Stay updated on emerging social platforms, formats, creator trends, and digital behaviour

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital, content, or integrated agencies
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content ecosystems
- Experience in client servicing / account management
- Good understanding of creative and content development
- Demonstrated curiosity about how AI is transforming social and content
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams
- A social-first, culturally curious, and digitally native mindset
