1.Handling Customer Complaints & Customer audits
2.Condut QMS, product & process audit
- Preparation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan
- 8D report preparation and submission to customer within the deadline.
- Analysis of warranty return parts
Technical-
1.Drawing reading & basic GD&T; understanding
2.Basic knowledge of measurement tools & inspection methods
3.Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
4.Knowledge of control plans, FMEA, APQP, PPAP (awareness level acceptable)
5.
Experience in Foundary or Machining or Press parts operations.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001,
Requirements
Educational Qualification- BE- Mechanical, Automobile, Production
Soft Skills-

3.Teamwork and discipline
Software -1.MS Excel, Power point (must have),
