Position : Sr. Engineer - Design

Qualification : B.E Mechanica

Location : Pune

Experience Required : 4-6 years

/ Responsibilities

- 1. Review checking of drawings, BOM s Design Calculations.

- 1. Extract Provide Purchase Specification/Inputs to purchase team.

- 1. Study the project specifications, find out special requirements provide compliance for the same.

- 1. Able to do the mechanical design calculations independently.

- 1. Station drawings, BOM, design calculations checking- Approval, IBR Manufacturing.

Key Skills
- 1. Ability to review/check design calculations, Drawing BOM s.

- 1. Able to extract purchase specifications release purchase requisition to purchase department.

- 1. Awareness of ASME, ASTM, ISO, IS, DIN, EN engineering standards.

- 1. Awareness of Casting,



Forging, Fabrication Process Machining Process.

- 1. Should have positive knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Stack up Analysis It s understanding.

- 1. Should have piping it s fabrication knowledge.

Relevant Industry Valve, Pump, Pressure vessels, Boiler, Turbo Machinery Piping skids. (Experience in project-based industry is preferred).
