About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting diamond and jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements.
Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
Explain product details, pricing, diamond specifications, and ongoing offers to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing coordination and customer queries professionally.
Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and product hygiene.
Stay updated with jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge.

Requirements:
Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or showroom sales preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail setting.
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
