Mapping project in the assigned territory by meeting architects, Interior Designer, Developers, Builders and Contractors and meeting with them to generate leads.
Maintaining and continuously monitoring client satisfaction and areas for improvement in product mix, sales volume and implement strategies and corrective actions.
Monitoring market prospects and SWOT analysis of competitor’s share and thereby formulating strategies for the team.
Provide strategic inputs on the future growth potential and the value proposition of the product and suggest appropriate action plan to meet the future challenges.
Design and implement action plan to boost product sale performance across the Territory.
Daily office reporting is not required, daily visit to the architects will be monitored through web app.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
