Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle inward and outward stock entries.
Maintain inventory records and stock management.
Manage dispatch and material receiving process.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
Maintain proper documentation of stock and invoices.
Ensure accuracy of physical stock verification.
Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Knowledge of ERP/Odoo or inventory software will be an advantage.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as Store Executive or Store Assistant.
Experience in IT hardware products preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, ERP).
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Responsible and disciplined working attitude.

Qualification
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
