We are looking for a dedicated Bag Making Operator / Helper to support the production of plain plastic bags. The role involves operating bag-making machines, ensuring product quality, assisting with machine setup, packing finished goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Operator:
Operate side-seal, bottom-seal, or plain bag-making machines.
Set machine parameters for bag size, sealing, and cutting requirements.
Monitor production quality, seal strength, dimensions, and appearance.
Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and machine cleaning.
Complete production reports and quality documentation.

For Helper:
Assist operators during machine setup and production runs.
Load film rolls and raw materials onto machines.
Inspect, count, pack, and label finished bags.




Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
Support quality checks and material handling activities.
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Requirements:
Experience in bag-making or packaging industry is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts and production settings.
Physically fit and willing to learn machine operations.
