Key Responsibilities1. Supplier Experience Ownership
Define and measure “excellent supplier experience” through explicit behavioral and operational metrics.
Proactively solve supplier challenges with sustainable, long-term solutions.
Set and enforce standards for response time, communication clarity, issue resolution, and escalation.
Champion root-cause analysis over temporary fixes.
Guarantee reliability, professionalism, and accountability at every touchpoint.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor the Relationship Management team.
Develop capabilities in structured communication, expectation management, and ownership.
Foster judgment-based decision-making alongside process adherence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to align supplier commitments with operational capabilities.
Prevent and resolve misalignments between promises and execution.
Serve as a liaison when operational changes affect supplier expectations.
Cultural Stewardship
Cultivate a partnership-based (not transactional) supplier relationship culture.




Uphold high standards of service, ethics, and long-term collaboration.

Experience:
B2B Sales/Account Management within Food/FMCG sectors.
