Key Responsibilities
Visit referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers regularly.
Develop and maintain solid skilled relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
Promote the hospital's specialty services, including:
Spine Surgery
Neurology
Nephrology
Oncology
Critical Care & ICU
Orthopedic & Arthroscopy Services
Identify and onboard current referral doctors and healthcare partners.
Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments to ensure smooth referral management.
Organize doctor meetings, CME programs, and networking events.
Track referral trends and prepare regular marketing reports.
Represent the hospital professionally within the medical community.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development,



or doctor relationship management preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally for doctor visits and business development activities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
