Job description:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues reported by end-users, both remotely and on-site.
Repair or replace defective hardware components, such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM modules, graphics cards, power supplies, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals.
Perform hardware maintenance tasks, including cleaning, dusting, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper cable management and organization within computer systems and network setups.
Collaborate with software technicians or system administrators to resolve hardware-related software issues.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on hardware-related matters.




Follow proper procedures for handling sensitive or confidential data during hardware repairs or upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of hardware repairs, replacements, and inventory.
Keep up-to-date with new hardware technologies, advancements, and industry trends.
Assist in the procurement and testing of recent hardware components and peripherals.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
