Telecaller / Associate Relationship Officer (ARO) - Finance
Job Role:
Contact customers by phone and explain loan/finance products.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Coordinate with the sales and credit teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Telecalling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Salary:
₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + incentives (varies by company and experience).
