Job Role:
Responsible for handling patient billing, payment collection, and maintaining accurate financial transaction records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing and payment collection.
Manage cash, card, and online transactions.
Maintain daily cash records and reconciliation.
Issue receipts and invoices accurately.
Coordinate with accounts and front office teams.
Resolve patient billing queries professionally.
