RSVP Calling Executive (Temporary Project)

Salary: ₹2,000-₹5,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional RSVP Calling Executives to join our team for a large-scale corporate event campaign. The role involves calling invited guests, confirming attendance, recording responses, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Make outbound RSVP calls to event invitees.
Introduce the event professionally and explain key details.
Confirm guest attendance status.
Record attendee count and special requirements (if any).
Update call outcomes accurately in the provided database or spreadsheet.
Handle guest queries politely and professionally.
Meet daily calling and reporting targets.
Follow the approved call script and company guidelines.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Additional regional language skills are a plus.




Comfortable speaking on calls for extended periods.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, data entry).
Reliable internet connection and smartphone/headset.
Prior telecalling, customer service, or event RSVP experience preferred but not mandatory.
Desired Skills Professional phone etiquette.
Attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

Project Details Duration:
30 Days Training and call script will be provided.
Performance-based incentives may be offered for achieving targets.
