Key Responsibilities
Handle International client accounts and business prospects.
Generate and convert leads into sales.
Train and guide the sales team on product selling and lead conversion.
Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Experience handling US/international clients.
Solid team management and sales training skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
B2C: 2 years (preferred)
Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
