Manage all aspects of the delivery hub, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery executives and logistics executives to ensure timely and productive delivery of orders.
Ensure that delivery vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to fulfill orders
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit reports on hub performance, including delivery metrics and inventory levels, to management.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
Manage stock movement records
