Machine Operation: Setting up and operating manufacturing machinery, such as mixers, packers, or automated tools.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintenance: Performing minor maintenance or reporting malfunctions to keep the assembly line running
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workstation

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent 10th, 12th, or ITI) is typically required.
Experience: Often open to freshers, but prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Skills: Solid manual dexterity, ability to stand or sit for long hours,



and technical understanding of assembly tools.
Precision: Ability to handle small parts and follow detailed instructions.
Speed: Meeting production quotas without sacrificing quality.
Teamwork: Communicating and coordinating effectively with other operators, notes the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India.
Documentation: Ability to complete production logs and quality reports.
