Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Handle user account creation, password resets, and access-related issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and printer connectivity.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patch installations.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
Set up workstations for new employees, including hardware, software, and user account configuration.
Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and accessories.
Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and company standards.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
Provide timely and qualified technical support to end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
Solid troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware and software issues.
Positive knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, and group policies is preferred.
Familiarity with antivirus solutions, endpoint security, and system updates.
Basic understanding of computer hardware assembly and replacement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to work on-site during the night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
