About the Program:
Project Umang focuses on providing quality education to the students studying in government-aided schools. It aims to create an eco-system in the school encouraging holistic development of children. The focus areas of the program are:
Improving the learning level efficiency of students.
Promotion of activity-based learning
Engaging students through different events & competitions throughout the year
Conducting expert-based workshops & trainings for students & teachers




Work in coordination with education & government officials to provide support to the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work with schools & communities covered under the project.
Assist the immediate supervisor in the timely execution of the programmatic activities on the field.
Developing monthly planning and execution of the activities.
Support the project lead in reporting & documentation.
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

Qualification:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Experience:
Freshers or maximum 1 year of experience in the development sector.

Required Skills and Competencies:
Ability to work with children & community under education project & community development.
Willingness to undertake field travel
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
Function as a team player
