A Production Manager for cattle feed oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring productive production of high-quality livestock nutrition, team management, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities
Manage daily, end-to-end production operations and shift activities to meet company goals.
Maintain quality standards, ensuring feed meets nutritional and safety guidelines.
Supervise, train, and motivate shop-floor staff, setting KPIs for team members.
Optimize manufacturing processes, manage budgets, and oversee raw material procurement.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and coordinate the maintenance and repair of production machinery.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and inventory teams to ensure seamless workflow.





Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in animal science or related fields.
Experience: Mandatory experience in the feed industry.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of feed production, machinery, and quality standards.
Managerial Skills: Robust leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
