Job Purpose:
To support the sales and business development team in lead generation, customer coordination, order booking, and documentation, thereby contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers to understand and fulfill their requirements.
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, calls, and messages.
Book sales orders in ERP and generate enquiries.
Prepare and share quotations (ACDB/DCDB and other products) with customers.
Assist Area Sales Manager with assigned tasks in sales and solar business.
Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and secure repeat orders.
Generate new leads through digital platforms such as Google.
Maintain and update customer data sheets from enquiry to order confirmation.





Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in lead generation, customer coordination, and order processing with experience in ERP systems. Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Capable of preparing quotations, maintaining customer data, and supporting sales and business development activities. Positive organizational, time-management, and digital research skills for generating current business opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
