Position:City Engineer
EV Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities:
On-field role responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV chargers and related electrical systems at client locations.
Deliver basic operational training to clients during installations.
Provide effective product support and ensure preventive maintenance is conducted at regular intervals.
Troubleshoot and resolve EV charger, networking, and power-related issues to minimize downtime.
Report all maintenance and service activities promptly.
Maintain robust client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Follow Kazam’s field service standards, safety, and operational policies.
Maintain an adequate stock of spare parts and EV components for service efficiency and should know Vendor Management





Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in service, maintenance, or field support (EV industry preferred).
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of EV chargers, power electronics, RS-485/Modbus communication, and CMS/EMS platforms is a plus.
Self-driven, multitasking, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
