Junior Accountant - Palsana, Surat

Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Palsana, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries:
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and accounting documents:
Maintain ledgers and accounting records:
Assist with bank reconciliation and bank entries:
Support basic GST and TDS accounting activities:
Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable related activities
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
Coordinate with the senior accounts team for routine accounting work
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime:
Working knowledge of MS Excel:
Understanding of basic accounting principles:




Knowledge of purchase and sales entries:
Basic understanding of GST and TDS:
Knowledge of ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation:
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain accounting records and documentation

Eligibility:
6 Months - 1 Year of experience in accounting:
Basic knowledge of Tally and Excel is required
