We are looking for a friendly and talkative person to connect with our existing customers. Your job is straightforward - talk to customers, understand their experience, and note their feedback. No sales target.

What You Will Do:
Call / WhatsApp existing customers and ask about their experience
Do quick feedback calls & surveys in a friendly way
Note down customer feedback properly in Excel / CRM
Share any major complaints or issues with the team
Find happy customers who can give us reviews / testimonials

What We Need:
Positive communication in Hindi & English
Basic Excel / computer knowledge
Positive attitude and patience to listen to customers
HSC / Graduate - Any stream

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
