About the Role

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data analysis, creative collaboration, and performance marketing excellence to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network).
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including strategy, audience segmentation, budget allocation, A/B testing, scaling, and reporting.
Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and customer LTV.
Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency.




Manage monthly and quarterly paid media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with Meta platform changes, advertising policies, audience trends, and emerging growth strategies.
Coordinate with analytics and tech teams for pixel implementation, conversion tracking, attribution setup, and event optimization.
Work closely with brand and e-commerce teams to align media strategies with business objectives.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present growth insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in paid media and performance marketing.
Robust hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROAS and revenue growth.
Robust understanding of:
Conversion API (CAPI)
Meta Pixel
Retargeting strategies
Lookalike audiences
Funnel optimization
Agile ads
Creative testing frameworks
Experience with e-commerce
