We are hiring Business Development Associates to promote our Hospital Management Software to Hospitals, Clinics & Diagnostics Centres.

Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and contact hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and doctors to introduce our Hospital Management Software.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and confident manner to potential clients.
Schedule or conduct online or in-person product demonstrations for decision makers such as doctors or owners.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our product offerings.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers by building trust and addressing objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM system.




Coordinate with the product and support team to ensure smooth onboarding of recent customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help improve our product and strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently speak to clients.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Ability to understand customer problems and present solutions effectively.
Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English; knowledge of local language (Odia/samblpuri etc.) is a robust advantage.
Willingness to make calls, travel for meetings if required, and actively engage with prospects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in healthcare sales, medical software, hospital equipment, or pharmaceutical sales.
