Post - Business Development Manager (BDM) - US B2B Sales -WORK FROM OFFICE

Location - Pune

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities with US-based clients
Develop and maintain solid relationships with international B2B clients
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
Drive revenue growth through strategic business development activities
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with US clients




Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and forecasting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term partnerships with international clients and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in B2B sales with international US clients
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in handling international client accounts and relationship management
Ability to work in US shift / overlapping US business hours
Robust understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and business growth
Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
Experience in international B2B sales setting
Exposure to US market/client handling preferred
Leadership and team coordination skills will be an added advanta
