Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Operations Intern to join our Pune office. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and HR operations within a quick-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding activities, including induction coordination and documentation review.
Manage the Buddy Program to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current joiners.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
Assist in Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs.




Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR Operations through coursework, internships, or practical exposure.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills.
