Mangalam Resort is looking for an experienced and agile Resort Manager to lead all aspects of resort operations and ensure exceptional ResortMangalam

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily resort operations and staff management.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service.
Manage bookings, events, and guest relations.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and food & beverage operations.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities as required.
Implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Robust understanding of guest service standards and resort operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
