Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a L2 Support Engineerfor a full time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a company that specializes in providing lodging and accommodation solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in development in Java/J2EE technologies.
At least 3 years of experience in development and/or senior technical support positions.
Solid experience in full-stack development and/or triage.
At least 3 years of experience with Spring (MVC, Core, IOC), Hibernate, Struts, JSF, Node.js, and Linux.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, and TomEE.
5+ years of experience using and implementing SOAP/REST-based web services with XML/JSON.
5+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, ECS, NoSQL, S3), cloud deployment tools (CloudFormation), and container orchestration (e.g., Docker).
5+ years of experience with SQL, including working knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
Self-motivated and directed,



with the ability to effectively prioritize, assign, and execute tasks in a high-pressure workplace.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Results-driven individual with the ability for customer focus.
Team collaboration and leadership skills.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Agile, TDD, and BDD.
Prior experience in airline domain, preferably in crew management.
Knowledge of the travel industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform software analysis, risk analysis, and reliability analysis.
Provide m.entorship in technical triage and soft skills for other support team members.
Reproduce and identify fixes for functional and feature defects.
Manage cross-team communications and priority incidents for the team.
Participate in software design, architectural discussions, prototyping, and development estimation processes.
