Landscape Architect (Design + Execution)

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Landscape Architect who can independently handle both landscape design and on-site project execution for residential, commercial, and outdoor development projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop landscape concepts, layouts, and detailed design plans
Prepare 2D drawings, planting plans, hardscape details, and presentations
Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, vendors, and clients
Manage site execution from start to completion
Supervise landscaping works including paving, irrigation, lighting, planting, water features, and outdoor structures
Conduct site visits, measurements, and progress reviews
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
Source materials, plants, and landscape elements
Resolve in office technical and design challenges

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field
3+ years of experience in landscape design and execution
Solid knowledge of softscape and hardscape detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software
Ability to manage vendors and site teams
Robust communication and client-handling skills
Experience handling residential villas, commercial landscapes, resorts, or public spaces preferred

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant selection
BOQ and estimation experience
Ability to create 3D visualizations and presentations
Project management capability

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
