We are looking for a highly experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee the administrative backbone of our mining operations in Pandhurna district. This role is designed for a firm, efficiency-driven leader who can maintain strict administrative control while fostering a productive work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Labor Compliance
Comprehensive Payroll Management: Take full responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for both direct company employees and contractor workforces.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to all government regulations, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity.
Legal Upkeep: Remain current with all changes in Indian Labour Laws and ensure the company remains fully compliant at all times.
Site Administration & Control
Operational Continuity: Act as a proactive problem-solver to ensure that administrative issues never hamper site work.
Security Management: Oversee the security apparatus at the site to protect company assets and personnel.
Logistics & Movement:



Monitor and optimize vehicular movements at the site to ensure efficiency and safety.
Cost Control: Implement strict monitoring and reduction strategies for general administrative and site expenses.
Employee Relations & Facility Management
Disciplinary Oversight: Handle all disciplinary issues and workplace investigations with firmness and fairness.
Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Accommodation & Catering: Supervise the maintenance and smooth running of in office bachelor accommodations and the mess/canteen, ensuring high standards of food and hygiene.
Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the unique labor dynamics and statutory requirements of industrial/extractive environments.
Leadership Style: A "firm but fair" approach with the ability to maintain robust administrative control and authority on-site.
