Key Responsibilities

Social Media Response & Engagement
Manage and respond to comments, Direct Messages (DMs), and customer queries across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
Handle customer concerns with timely, accurate, and qualified responses
Monitor social media channels for engagement, mentions, and incoming DMs

Customer Experience & Communication
Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, guidelines, and compliance standards
Coordinate with internal teams for efficient query resolution
Track and report recurring customer issues and feedback

Digital Marketing Support
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns
Support content posting and scheduling




Work with tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
Monitor basic campaign performance using Google Analytics

Requirements:
Basic understanding of banking operations and financial processes
Proven experience in social media handling, especially DM management and response workflows
Solid communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Ability to manage high volumes of customer queries across DMs and public channels
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools

Qualifications
MBA / MCA / B.Tech or any relevant degree

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
