Job Description
Accountable for liabilities and assets growth, third‑party revenue, and branch profitability; ensures audit‑ready operations, KYC/AML adherence, and risk control; builds a high‑performing team and deepens relationships with priority customers.
Responsibilities:
Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
Achieve solid audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
Monitor P&L; levers (yields, fees, cost‑to‑income) and execute corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years ((incl. team leadership)
Qualifications:
Graduate, MBA preferred
